Terms of Service

Last updated: April 5, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Navtech IT Solution website or engaging our services. These terms set out the rules and conditions that govern our relationship with clients and website visitors.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Navtech IT Solution website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Navtech IT Solution. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services

Navtech IT Solution provides IT and digital marketing services including web development, mobile app development, search engine optimisation (SEO), Google My Business management, social media management, pay-per-click advertising, white-label services, and related consultancy.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or service agreement. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services.

Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content, assets, or materials they provide to us for use in their projects.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables within the agreed timeframes. Delays in approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.

Late payments may result in the suspension of work or services until outstanding balances are settled.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for a client — such as website code, design assets, and written content — transfers to the client.

Navtech IT Solution retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and proprietary systems used in the delivery of services.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

For white-label partnerships, we operate with strict confidentiality. We will not contact your clients directly, disclose our involvement, or use your clients as references without your explicit written consent.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, advertising performance, or business outcomes, as these are subject to factors outside our control.

Our website is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free content, or the accuracy of any information on the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navtech IT Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant service agreement.

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all completed deliverables and transfer any assets to the client upon settlement of outstanding invoices.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

11. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, please contact us via our website contact form or by email. We are happy to clarify anything before you engage our services.
